That was a bumper sticker back in the LAST cold war. We were all scared then too.
Did the 50s-70s teach us nothing about nuclear weapons? I thought we all decided a long time ago that we wanted to start disarming, rather than continued progress toward global thermonuclear destruction? Didn’t we figure out that the problem with stockpiling nukes is that sooner or later, on purpose or by accident, stockpiles get used, and no amount of nuclear war is an acceptable risk to all life on this world? We did right? The world I mean…we came together and realized that there’s no such thing as a winnable nuclear war.
