He was campaigning INSIDE polling places, in DIRECT VIOLATION of State and Federal laws and guidelines. While there is no direct evidence that the outcome of the primary was directly affected, the fact that laws were broken is indisputable.

Former President Clinton should be charged with illegal electioneering and brought to trial for these crimes, including but not limited to:
-Entering a polling place for no legal purpose as defined by the statutes.
-Electioneering within the 150 foot restricted zone outside a polling place.
-Inhibiting voters ability to enter their polling place due to his presence requiring Secret Service personnel to shut off access.
