Obama pledges more than $2 million to train coal miners to pilot drones

Just thinking here…instead of training coal miners to become murderous drone pilots, how about we legalize hemp and turn West Virginia and the rest of Appalachia into wealthy agricultural states instead of being among the poorest due to dependence on the dying coal industry?
