How to fight a holiday hangover like a pro

Yoga? Yeah sure. Yoga cures everything.
Me…I say: Hydrate. Hydrate. Hydrate. I’ve had plenty of hangovers. They key is AVOIDANCE.
No, I don’t mean avoiding getting drunk…just the hangover. Drink a quart of water, eat a banana and two tylenols before bed…no hangover.
If you’re too drunk to follow the bedtime advice, and you feel like shit the next morning: CHEESE PIZZA and a strong Coffee with a shot of rum in it.
