Gee…I wonder if they are doing it on purpose, in some fucking misguided attempt at prolonging our country’s love affair with burning carbon fuels to power our growth, making growth that much more expensive, to the benefit of the petrochemical consortium that controls many members of Congress and the leadership of both parties.
