Seriously. The rules of engagement for police in American cities should NOT be less strict than for the military on the streets of Kabul. Soldiers in Afghanistan can’t shoot you because they THINK they MIGHT see a gun. You have to SHOOT at them first. This is a democracy, where ALL are created equal, and this racially motivated abuse of police power must end.
