Social Security reform?

Do we need Social Security reform now? It’s practically a unanimous yes. Time to tell your representatives: It’s time to grab onto that third rail and hang on. Somebody has to lose, and it can’t be the folks who already depend on the inadequate amount they receive. That means the wealthy have to subsidize the poor, and we all know how the wealthy hate that.
But our social services are a disgrace compared to every other Western democracy. If we don’t prioritize the needs of our own people, we will fail. Miserably. That means education, poverty, debt reduction, cheap green energy must be our priority. Our military could operate on half it’s budget if we socialized the military industrial complex, and used the profits from global military sales to fund social services and infrastructure projects. Just saying…time for some fresh, revolutionary thinking to stave off the actual revolt that would otherwise ensue.
