Any idea how many fully funded schools you could get for $3 BILLION? Let’s just say our decisions to fund (or not) social projects is a matter of prioritization, not affordability.
On a related note, I wonder how long until they discover the first major design flaw…that will mean another cool $ Billion or two to fix.~jg
