Americans don’t know crime has plummeted. In fact, they think it’s gone up.

Not in Washington. The criminals there have never been busier. They just never get caught because they get to make the rules…and change them to suit their whims…and also give themselves raises and ensure their benefits are beyond awesome…you know, like a lifetime salary.
