Research says there are ways to reduce racial bias. Calling people racist isn’t one of them.

Yeah…somehow, calling people racist only makes them embrace their racism more. They act as if you are trying to steal their right to be an asshole from them.
As if. I’m sure they could find other ways to be an asshole without being a racist asshole.
