GOP Debate Interrupted By Cries of ‘We Want Rand’—It’s a Sad Stage without Him

EVERY candidate (even republicans) should get an equal voice. One reason Rand Paul is lagging in the polls is because he got a tiny fraction of the total camera time in the previous debates. Too bad he was the only one keeping the circus somewhat sane. I think he was missed, and the IQ on stage dropped huge percentage without him.

The debates of both parties are the epitome of the problems in our electoral system…what with rigged questions (that’s what you call it when all questions must be known in advance and pre-approved by the candidates) and each debate being orchestrated to suit the ratings and ad revenue of the network that was hosting it…WTF people!?!?! Why do we watch at all?

There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I like about our current electoral process. The primaries are as rigged as the congressional districts that determine the balance of power in the legislature and electoral college. The national elections are a travesty, reeking of extortion and bribery, our futures are bought and sold by candidates who mostly represent corporate interests. They should wear jackets with their sponsors like NASCAR drivers do…at least we’d all know who they are REALLY working for. Because we all know it’s not US.

Media coverage of elections is clearly propagandized and contrived to ensure that everyone (except a lucky few in a couple states that are deemed “important”), feels that their vote is basically useless…a moot point…a foregone conclusion. That’s why so many people don’t bother to vote and elections are decided by less than 1/2 of us. We know bullshit when we see it, and WE SEE IT. But we could fix it by demanding better. But we don’t. We accept this bullshit, and cast a vote for apathy instead.

They really would have to listen to ALL us…if the REST OF US decide to speak up that is. Imagine if the EVERYONE came out on Election Day…just to make a point. One thing for sure…the pollsters would NOT know what to do, because their polls would be useless.

VOTE people. Even if you don’t vote the way I tell you to ;)
