I’ve been to Yale New Haven Hospital. Several times. Each time, I’ve been impressed with just how disorganized and confused everything can be. And that’s when you are conscious and looking out for yourself…rather than out cold and in surgery. Suffice to say that I’m not surprised at all by this story. ~jg
