Idiots everywhere, even in one of the wealthiest and “best educated” towns in America, Ridgefield, Connecticut. Who would think that this was a good idea? So many reasons not to…safety, the environment, possible damage, safety…you would think at least ONE would’ve occurred to these geniuses. Nice job, Ridgefield.
